ข้อมูลเก็บใน secure cloud มีการเข้ารหัส (encryption at rest + in transit) backup รายวัน เราใช้มาตรการตามมาตรฐานอุตสาหกรรม แต่ไม่มีระบบใดปลอดภัย 100% เก็บข้อมูลตราบที่บัญชีของคุณยังใช้งาน + ระยะเวลาที่กฎหมายกำหนด Data is stored in a secure cloud with encryption at rest and in transit, plus daily backups. We use industry-standard measures, though no system is 100% secure. We retain data while your account is active and for any legally required period.

คุณมีสิทธิ์:You have the right to:
- เข้าถึงและขอสำเนาข้อมูลของคุณAccess and request a copy of your data.

7. เด็กและเยาวชน7. Children
บริการของเราไม่ออกแบบสำหรับเด็กอายุต่ำกว่า 13 ปี อายุ 13–17 ปีต้องได้รับความยินยอมจากผู้ปกครอง หากเราพบว่าเก็บข้อมูลเด็กโดยไม่ตั้งใจ จะลบทันที Our Service is not designed for children under 13. Users aged 13–17 require parental consent. If we discover we have unintentionally collected children's data, we will delete it.
8. การส่งข้อมูลข้ามประเทศ8. International Transfers
เซิร์ฟเวอร์หลักอยู่ในประเทศไทยและสิงคโปร์ บางบริการอาจประมวลผลในประเทศอื่นภายใต้มาตรการคุ้มครองที่เหมาะสม Our primary servers are in Thailand and Singapore. Some services may process data in other countries under appropriate safeguards.
